Where can I find the activation code for ChemDraw?

If you don't know what your activation code is or where to find your activation code, this article will help customers using ChemDraw 17 and above.

Since ChemDraw version 19.0, our subscription activation codes are version-less. This means you can use your v19.0/v18.0/v17.0 activation code to activate v19.0 (as well as v18.2, v18.1, v18.0, v17.1 and v17.0). Perpetual or permanent versions of ChemDraw do require you to use a new activation code with each release.

You can find the activation code using the steps below.

1. Login to https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com/ using your email address.
2. Go to List Entitlements section.
3. Locate your order number (under Entitlement ID column).  For an academic subscription, please select the most recent entitlement ID.
4. There you will find the Product Activation column with the activation code. Use the code to activate ChemDraw.

*** Signals ChemDraw does not use activation codes.  If you have a Signals ChemDraw license, you need to be added to your Signals ChemDraw tenant by your local admin and then use your tenant's credentials to authenticate.
