Details:

In order to find the option to modify the monomer libraries within ChemDraw, you require ChemDraw Professional v18.x or higher (as part of the ChemDraw Professional Suite for Windows). You will need to access the ChemDraw Preferences.

 

Preferences option while activating ChemDraw using the ChemDraw Professional license:

Please note the ChemDraw Professional application included with ChemDraw Professional suite for Windows has limited functionality and features when compared to ChemDraw Professional application included with ChemOffice Professional suite for Windows.
