Problem:

Monomer Editor (HELM) crashes to a .NET Framework Error on ChemDraw Professional 17


Solution:

This behavior can occur if you perform a custom installation and you uncheck the Chemdraw ActiveX for IE option. If you need to perform a custom installation, please reinstall the software and make sure the Chemdraw ActiveX for IE option is checked. Otherwise reinstall using the Complete option instead.
