Problem:

ChemDraw ActiveX plugin version 17 supported internet browsers

 

Solution:

ChemDraw ActiveX version 17 is only supported in Internet Explorer 11, 32-bit and 64 bit.

To test the plugin please open the READMECP.HTM file located in the following path: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice2017\ChemDraw.
