When I try to activate ChemDraw or ChemOffice 2017 I get a connection error or the activation screen asks for a serial number.
The activation process needs to contact the Flexera activation server. Your firewall settings may be preventing that connection. Disable your Windows Firewall while you complete the activation process. If the installation was already done, make sure you right-click the ChemDraw icon and select “Run as Administrator” when you launch it for the first time.
