Problem:

How to Open ChemSketch files (*.sk2) with ChemDraw application.

 

Solution:

Currently *.sk2 file format is not supported with ChemDraw.

As a workaround if you are able to convert your ChemSketch files *.sk2 with any of the supported file format then you can open with ChemDraw.

You can save the ChemSketch document as CS ChemDraw (*.cdx) and open with the ChemDraw application. Alternatively you can copy/paste the selected structures from ChemSketch to ChemDraw directly.
