If you are experiencing this problem your preferences files could be corrupted
Please uninstall ChemDraw by deleting it from the Applications Menu (send to trash). Then delete all PerkinElmer or Cambridgesoft PLIST files from the following folders:
Macintosh HD\Users\[username]\Library\Preferences\ByHost
Macintosh HD\Users\Shared\Library\Preferences
Macintosh HD\Users\[username]\Library\Preferences\
Download and install the latest version of ChemDraw from the Download Center. Please retest the problem, after a clean installation the Analysis Window will work normally.
