Unfortunately, it is not possible to export a ChemOffice worksheet, without structure (even though you have put the first column header as Structure and the entire column is empty without structure).

You need at least one structure in the ChemOffice Worksheet Structure column, then only you will find the Export Table function enabled in the Import/Export
