Problem:

What are the green circles I see displayed on an arrow drawn in ChemDraw iOS?


Solution:

These are adjustment handles, and represent regions of the arrow which may be modified. Touching on one of these points and dragging will move the head or tail of the arrow, or drag the center of the arrow to change the arc angle.
