How do I clean up a reaction in the ChemDraw app?

The Clean tool will perform different clean operations depending on the selection. If molecules or parts of molecules are selected, then a clean of the structures is performed. If a reaction is selected, then clean-up will try to improve the reaction layout, without modifying the individual structures themselves.
