Problem:

I'm using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8. ChemDraw ActiveX 12.0 is not loading.


Solution:

The site that you are accessing to needs to be added to Trusted sites. To do so, go to Internet Options> Security> Trusted Sites> enter the address.
