After I copy and paste a structure with Enhanced stereochemistry into Accord, the enhanced stereochemsitry is lost.

Accelrys is aware of this problem. Accord does not read the enhanced stereochemistry information in the CDX or CDXML format from the clipboard when you copy and paste. It can read this information from the Mol v3000 format (which we also include on the clipboard, but Accord is not looking at that). A work around until Accelrys addresses this defect is to draw your structure in ChemDraw, save it as a Mol v3000 file, and then use that file to insert into Accord.
