When starting ChemDraw the drawing area is very small, consisting of only scroll bars and maximise/minimize/close butttons. It is located at the extreme bottom right hand corner of the Macintosh screen.

This problem has was fixed in version 9.0.1. 9.0 users can download a free patch from the Support Downloads page.
