Product: ChemDraw
There is no reference to ClogP or CMR in the Chemical Properties window.
The CLogP items will show up if the following are true:
1. ChemDraw Ultra is the version of ChemDraw launched. When you launch ChemDraw, make sure the start up screen indicates that Ultra is launching.
2. There must be a key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CambridgeSoft\Shared Tools\BioByte\CLogP that provides the path to the bb-clogp.dll file. This is written by the installer and only by the installer. Try an uninstall and reinstall of our software using the Add/Remove Programs control panel, but if that does not work, try opening the registry editor and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ copy the CambridgeSoft folder and paste it in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
3. The bb-clogp.dll file must be physically able to load. That basically means that all of its support files are in the expected places. This file shoudl be located in C:\Program Files\CambridgeSoft\ChemOffice2004\Common\CLogP Inside the CLogP Data folder should be a FragDB folder, Pcio.dat file and a VINFO.DAT file. In the FragDB folder should be alternate.del, FRAGCALC.DAT, fragdb.bin, system.del, and UPDATE.DEL. If any of these are missing or not in the right location, that explains the problem. Uninstall our software using the Add/Remove Programs control panel and reinstall.
