Whenever I try to use the Structure to Name feature, I get "That file could not be found".

Assuming that the Anmrd21.jlw and autonom.dll (Anmtool.exe for those using a version of ChemDraw prior to 8.0) files are located in the ChemDraw folder, and you are launching the ChemDraw application found in the ChemDraw folder, and it is an Ultra version of ChemDraw, try moving the ChemDraw file into the same directory as the the ChemDraw application (the ChemDraw folder), and then retest the problem.
