Product: ChemDraw
Product: ChemDraw
Problem:
I'm using KeyServer to manage the number of ChemDraw licenses in use. If I boot up in Mac OS 9.x and try and run the keyed version of ChemDraw, I get the error 'A copy of the KeyAccess Extension must be in your System Folder on Startup'.
If I boot up in OS X and run the same classic version of ChemDraw it works."
Solution:
This is a KeyServer problem. Most likely you have a damaged or corrupted KeyAccess Prefs file. Try replacing it. If that does not help, contact Sassafras technical support at: support@sassafras.com
