Problem:

I have a list of SMILES strings. How do I convert them to structures?


Solution:

Open your list of SMILES strings in ChemDraw for Excel. Highlight the column containing the SMILES strings, and then choose Convert SMILES to Molecule from the ChemDraw menu.
