Problem:

I installed Sun's Java virtual machine (VM), and now the Plugin does not work.


Solution:

Our Plugin software does not currently support a Java VM other than Microsoft's when using Microsoft's web browser. However, our Activex control should resolve this issue, as Java is no longer required when using the Activex controls. Install IE 5.5 SP2 or higher and the ChemDraw 7 Plugin or higher.
