Problem:

During the installation, I get an error similar to: _INS0432 caused an invalid page fault in module _INS0432._MP at 015f:00410078.


Solution:

Our installer has to place some temporary files in your Temp folder. Something in your Temp folder is conflicting with the installer. Delete all the files in your Temp folder. The location of the Temp folder varies between different versions of Windows. See your Windows Help to determine the location of your Temp folder. Typically it is C:\Windows\Temp. Once you have deleted all of the files in your Temp folder, try reinstalling our software.
