Fixed in the latest version of ChemDraw and in ChemDraw 6.0.2. ChemDraw 6.0 users should download the free 6.0.2 update from the Support Downloads page:

If for some reason you are not able to download and install the patch, a quick fix is to rename your "Generic Nicknames.txt" file to "Generic Nicknames.old". (Do a Find File to locate this file.) Please note that renaming this file will cause generic nicknames, like A, M, Q, X, and R, to be chemically meaningless in ChemDraw. If you are not using generic nicknames, this will not be a problem.
