Problem:

Analyze structure does not produce accurate results for exact mass, molecular weight, or elemental analysis.


Solution:

Try changing your Windows regional settings to US English if you are using an international version of Windows. Open your Regional Settings control panel and choose English (Unites States) from the Regional Settings tab.
