Whenever I try to use any of the Online menu features, e.g. Browse ChemStore.com, CS ChemDraw Technical Support, Register Online, etc. I recieve the same error message: "An unexpected error occurred (#-5012)."

Whenever I try to use any of the Online menu features, e.g. Browse ChemStore.com, CS ChemDraw Technical Support, Register Online, etc. I recieve the same error message: "An unexpected error occurred (#-5012)."

Try opening your Internet control panel, and make sure the default web browser is set to something that is actually installed and working on your computer.
