Problem:

When trying to use ChemACX.com I get an error message that the ChemDraw Plug-in can not access Java (Error: Java Inactive).


Solution:

This is a Netscape specific problem. You will need to delete your Netscape user profile or create a new one. Please see your Netscape documentation for the location of your Netscape profile or for creating a new profile for your version of Netscape.
