Problem:

I sent the ChemDraw LaserPrep.ps file to the printer, but when I print, I get an error about the wrong version of PostScript being loaded.


Solution:

The wrong version of the ChemDraw LaserPrep.ps was installed by a few versions of ChemDraw. Download this ChemDraw LaserPrep.ps file. After it decodes, try sending this ChemDraw LaserPrep.ps file to the printer using a printer utility or dragging and dropping the file onto a desktop printer icon and then print.
