When I launch ChemDraw, I get an error message that the serial number and/or registration code are incorrect.

First, check to make sure the codes that you are using correspond to the version of ChemDraw you are trying to launch. It could be that you have ChemDraw codes, but they could be for an older version or a different level. The ReadMe First card you have that list the codes, should also indicate which product they belong to. To check the version you are trying to launch, right click on the chemdraw.exe application icon found in the ChemDraw folder, and choose Properties. In the Properties dialog, click on the Version tab to determine which version you are trying to launch. If this version differs from the codes you are using, you are using the wrong codes. You either need to find the correct codes or the correct program to launch. If they match, but you are still getting the error message, try performing a clean installation of your ChemDraw application.
