Problem:

I am trying to use ChemNMR, but I get an error message similar to:

"The script "13C-nmr" (or 1H-nmr) got an error. The structure cannot be saved for estimating the shift."

No NMR data appears after clearing the message.

Solution:

This problem might occur if you have installed ChemDraw to a folder that is NOT on the same hard drive as the System Folder. In other words, if your System Folder is on an internal drive and ChemDraw is installed on an external drive, you might have this problem. Try installing ChemDraw to the same hard drive as your System Folder.
