SigmaPlot is made by a separate company called SPSS. For SigmaPlot technical support, please email Scisupport@spss.com or visit their web FAQ at: http://www.spss.com/tech/FAQ-SPLOT.html

We, CambridgeSoft, make and support ChemDraw. There is a free version of ChemDraw 3.5 on the SigmaPlot 5.0 cd-rom. There is also documentation that comes with your SigmaPlot purchase for ChemDraw 3.5. You must contact us for ChemDraw technical support.
