Problem:

The style sheet or stationery settings I am opening do not appear to be the settings I expected.


Solution:

It could be that the original settings were saved over. Open a new document, edit the drawing and text settings as desired, and Save As a CD Style Sheet (or ChemDraw stationery for Mac)with the appropriate file name.
