When I paste or insert a ChemDraw structure or file into another document, the background does not appear.

Problem:

When I paste or insert a ChemDraw structure or file into another document, the background does not appear.


Solution:

Currently the background color cannot be exported. Use the rectangle tool to make a large colored background. To do this, add a large rectangle to your page, make it the size of you page, color it, send it to the back of the document.
