Problem:
When I paste structures into Microsoft Word, a grey box box appears instead of the structure.
Solution:
Turn off Picture Placeholders in Word. Consult your Word manual on how to do this for your specific version of Word. If this does not help, consult the General Solutions link on the side bar of this page.
