Product: ChemDraw
When I double click on a structure pasted into Microsoft Word, I get the error message: "The Picture command is not installed".
There are two reasons why this might happen:
1. Ego for Word is not in the Word Commands folder for Microsoft Word 5.x.
2. The ChemDraw structure has been edited with the Microsoft Word drawing tools, so that it is no longer a ChemDraw graphic. If it is no longer a ChemDraw graphic, you will not be able to edit it with ChemDraw. To see if this is true, copy the structure Microsoft Word, and paste it into ChemDraw. See if you can edit it by adding a bond or attaching an atom label to the structure. If you canUt, then it is no longer a ChemDraw structure, so double clicking on it in Word will not bring up the ChemDraw tools.
