Problem:

When I try to submit a query using the ChemDraw Plugin and the ChemFinder Web Server, I get an error message similar to:

"JavaScript Error: uncaught Java exception java/lang/NullPointerException ("(null)") "

Solution:

Your Java security settings are set too high. Your web browser is set to deny access to Java, which you need access to in order to use the ChemFinder Web Server with the ChemDraw Plugin. See your browser's Help about changing security settings for Java.
