The Plugin installs successfully, but it will not load when I come to an .html page with an embedded ChemDrawdocument. I get an error message similar to: "can't find CDPHelperAppSimple".

The Plugin installs successfully, but it will not load when I come to an .html page with an embedded ChemDraw document. I get an error message similar to: "can't find CDPHelperAppSimple".

Check to make sure that you do not have more than one version of the same browser installed, i.e. Netscape 3 and 4. The Plugin gets confused over which one to use. If you have more than one version of the same browser installed, remove one, reinstall the Plugin and retest the problem. If all else fails, save any Bookmarks, and Address Books associated with your web browser. Uninstall your web browser, and the ChemDraw Plugin. Reinstall your web browser, and then the ChemDraw Plugin.
