When I print a Microsoft Word document containing ChemDraw structures, black triangles or geometric shapes appear in the printout, but not on screen.

We believe this has been fixed in the latest version of ChemDraw. In some cases, we have determined the problem is related to the dashed bond. If upgrading to the latest version is not an option, try replacing any dashed bonds with a dashed line (located in the Drawing Elements Tool aka the Parentheses tool). After replacing the dashed bond(s) in ChemDraw, copy and paste the structure back into MS Word, and print.
