Problem:
After pasting ChemDraw structures into a word processing application like Word, structures lose resolution on screen and when printing to a non-PostScript printer.
Solution:
Any time you copy a structure to the clipboard, the resolution of the graphic becomes 72 dpi (this is Macintosh standard). The printout should not be a problem if you are using a PostScript printer (The graphic will print at the highest resolution available). However, if you are using a non-PostScript printer, the best resolution you are going to get from Microsoft Word is 72 dpi.
