Problem:

When I print to a laser printer, bonds are missing from my ChemDraw drawings. When I print the same document again, different bonds are missing. Also, I am experiencing system crashes. Recently I installed ClickChange(TM). This seems to be when the problems began.

Solution:

These problems are due to an incompatibility between ChemDraw 3.0 and ClickChange(TM). There are also similar printing problems when using DiskLock(TM) version 2.1.1. or earlier.

At this time, you should turn off Click Change when using ChemDraw. If you are using Disk Lock you should either remove it or update to Disk Lock version 2.1.2 or later.

ClickChange should be disabled (not turned off as such) while ChemDraw is running. This can be accomplished within the ClickChange Preferences.
