Problem:
ChemBioFinder Ultra displays an error message when trying to open a bsbxml sent from BioSAR.
Solution:
Application: ChemBioFinder Pro/Ultra 10, 11, 12 Description: When trying to open a bsbxml sent from BioSAR the application displays an error message: 'Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.' Cause: The client machine does not have the Oracle client properly installed. Solution: Install the Oracle Client and ensure connectivity to the database instance.
