I cannot use Synthline with ChemFinder.

Although Synthline is not our product, it is our understanding that when a user installs it, the user is asked to select the version of ChemFinder that will be used. Please be certain that you are choosing the correct version. Do not assume that the version of ChemFinder you have is the same number as the product you have. For example, if you have ChemDraw Ultra 6, do not assume that the version of ChemFinder you have is also versions 6. ChemDraw Ultra 6 happens to come with ChemFinder 5.1. The only way to determine the version you have is to do a search on your hard drive for cfw.exe, right click on this icon once you find it, and choose Properties. Click on the version tab to view the version number. Make sure this number corresponds to the version you choose when setting up SynthLine.
