ChemFinder for Word toolbar fails to appear.

Solution:

If the ChemFinder for Word toolbar fails to appear when Microsoft Word is used:

1. Search your hard drive for a file named CFWORD.DOT.
2. Launch your version of Microsoft Word.
3. Choose Tools, Templates and Add-ins.
4. Choose Add.
5. Browse to the location of CFWORD.DOT and click OK.

If you cannot find CFWORD.DOT, even after doing a Find File, open your Windows Explorer, go to the View (or Tools depending on your version of Windows) menu and choose Folder Options. Switch to the View tab, and choose "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK. Now do a search for CFWORD.dot on your hard drive.
