Problem:

ChemFinder for Word is not picking up documents that it should.


Solution:

If you have any ChemDraw CDX files that were originally ChemDraw CHM files renamed to CDX, ChemFinder for Word will not see these files. ChemFinder for Word will only work for supported file types where the extension matches the actual file type. You would need to reopen the renamed CDX file in ChemDraw and resave as a ChemDraw CDX file with a different name.
