Problem:

I am having trouble importing an SD File created on another platform.


Solution:

Most likely, the problem has to do with the Carriage Return Line Feed differences between platforms. You will need to get a UNIX to PC or Mac to PC CRLF converter, and convert your SD File before importing. Mac users can use the following CRLF application:

ftp://ftp.camsoft.com/support/outgoing/mac/CRLF.hqx

Simply drag your Mac SD File onto this application and it will convert the file so it can be used with the PC.
