Most likely, a newer version of ChemFinder was installed on the computer, it was uninstalled and now an older version of ChemFinder has been installed. A newer version of CDXLib.dll is not compatible with older versions of ChemFinder. Use the Windows Find File utility to find a file called CDXLib.dll. It should be located in your Windows\System (or WinNT\System32) folder. Delete it and reinstall your older ChemOffice software.
