Problem:

Why doesn't the installer run when I select Install Software for ChemBioOffice v13?


Solution:

Your security settings may be too high to allow the installation through the wizard. To install the software, please go to your Downloads folder > Extract. Then, right-click the ChemBioOfficeUltra.exe file and select "Run as administrator".
