Here is the solution to get rid of the "Sample" link:

1.Go to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ChemOffice\config

2.Open the chemoffice.ini file

3.In the line 23 you will find SAMPLE_DISPLAY_NAME="SAMPLE" delete the word SAMPLE and leave an empty space between the " ". It will look like this SAMPLE_DISPLAY_NAME="

4.Perform an IISReset

5.Log off if you were logged on.

6.Log in

You will notice that the "Sample" link under Chemical Databases is no longer displayed
