Problem:

During the installation I get an error stating, "Error reading initialization file."


Solution:

Locate your Temp folder (see your Windows Help for the location of your Temp environment variable). Usually it is located in your Windows or WinNT folder. Delete all the files in your Temp folder and then try to install again.
