Problem:

How to create .SD files from an Excel spreadsheet to import into ChemBioFinder Database(.mdb) How to sync .SD in Excel with ChemBioFinder database

Solution:

- Open Microsoft Excel
- Click on ChemOffice12 Menu tab
- Highlight your current compound table or Click on the Import / Export button and then select a .cfx file(ChemBioFinder file)
- Click on Import / Export button and select the option to Export Table...
- You will be able to save the .SD file now
- Open ChemBioFinder and click on the File Menu >> Import >> SD File(ChemBioFinder will create a new Microsoft Access database automatically with the .SD file content) * If working on a local ChemFinder Database(Microsoft Access .mdb) there is an option to sync the changes made on the MS Excel compound table using the "Sync Table with ChemBiofinder" button and then selecting the .cfx file of your ChemFinder database.
