Is there a Helper compatible with MacOS 10.15 or greater?

Support for a 64bit version of the Columbus Helper for macOS 10.14 (Mojave) and 10.15 (Catalina) was introduced into Columbus 2.9.1. Download links are available within the Columbus user interface via Administration > Software Downloads.

The Helper download links are not uniquely labelled (Mojave Vs Catalina) in the UI, both are displayed as "Columbus Helper (64bit)".





To confirm the correct version users can hover the mouse cursor over each download link and a tooltip will be displayed in the lower left corner of the browser stating which MacOS version the download targets, e.g...

or

Columbus Helper for macOS Mojave.dmg

Although the Columbus 2.9.1 Helper has only been officially qualified for use with macOS 10.15 Catalina, the "Columbus Helper for macOS Catalina.dmg" can also be used for macOS versions greater than 10.15.
