Problem:

Can I change the session timeout in Signals Notebook?


Solution:

It depends on the version of Signals Notebook.


STANDARD EDITION

As an administrator you can define a timeout period that would apply to all users on your tenant.

Please refer to System Configuration Guide -> System Settings -> Other -> Defining the Session Timeout.


INDIVIDUAL EDITION

The default timeout period is set to 30 minutes. It is not editable.

Please refer to User Guide -> Getting Started with Signals Notebook -> Session Timeout.
