How do I remove a user from our Signals Notebook system, and what happens to their data?
In the System Configuration of SNB, under the list of users, an administrator has the rights to delete a user by selecting the trash can on the far right of the user. This will move the user from the current users list to the deleted users list. From there the user can be re-instated back to the system in the future if needed. When the administrator deletes a user, a pop-up window displays that asks the admin to select a different user to transfer the deleted user’s work to. This step is mandatory to complete the deletion process. This ensures a current user will always have access to the data.
