Details:
When I try to log into Signals Notebook, I get a message stating "Access Denied. Your account cannot be authenticated at this time."
Possible solutions:
- Try logging in with either another browser or Incognito mode. If this allows you to log in, you will need to clear your cache from the other browser you were using before.
- This error may occur when the URL is invalid. User should check if they are using the correct URL. Make sure that the User does not use SSO URL directly when logging in from a different device.
For e.g.: The User may get the above error if using the SSO URL while trying to login from a New Device. Instead, User should use the actual tenant URL - It may also occur if the customer uses some kind of firewall (e.g. Z-Scaler) that blocks access to the application. Customer should check their firewall configuration.
